Due to Budget constraints the Ashtabula Soil and Water Conservation District beginning January 8^th 2010 will be closed every Friday.  All District Staff are on reduced work hours as well.  It is strongly recommended to call before travelling to the District office as staff may be in the field serving landowners therefore the office lobby will be closed until their return.   We regret any inconvenience and will continue to serve our constituents to the 
 fullest and best of our abilities under the current budgetary constraints.
